Eligibility and Entry
- This campaign is open to all new and existing Prudential Cambodia customers who successfully sign up for the PruServices customer portal. Eligibility is retroactive, beginning from the portal's launch date.
- Each eligible customer/policyholder will receive one (1) lucky draw ticket upon signing up for PruServices, regardless of the number of policies they hold.
- The policyholder must have at least one (1) in-force policy with Prudential Cambodia at the time of each draw to be eligible to win.
Lucky Draw Mechanism and Prizes
- The campaign period covers the period from 06 October 2025 to 31 March 2026 at 23:59 (Khmer time zone).
- The lucky draw will be conducted monthly on Prudential Cambodia’s official Facebook page.
- Exclusion for Monthly Prizes: A customer who has won a prize in any previous month's draw is not eligible to win a second monthly prize.
- Grand Prize Inclusion: For the final (6th month) grand prize draw, all signed-up users (including previous prize winners) will be automatically entitled to one lucky draw ticket for a chance to win the grand prize.
- Prudential Cambodia reserves the right to replace the prizes with items of similar value at any time without prior notice according to the prize availability.
Prize Collection and General Conditions
- Prizes are non-redeemable for cash, credit, or any other items of equivalent value. They are not valid for use with or exchange for other promotions, discounts, or vouchers, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Prudential Cambodia.
- Winners are requested to submit their complete delivery address and contact information via Prudential's official Facebook Messenger or the provided online form. Prizes will be delivered to winner’s address. Alternatively, winners can choose to collect prize in person at the Prudential Cambodia Head Office or specified branch. All prizes must be claimed within one (1) month of the winner's announcement date.
- Prudential Cambodia may at any time at its absolute discretion, without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof or being liable to any person, (i) suspend, cancel or terminate this campaign, or (ii) delete, vary, supplement, amend, modify any one or more of the terms and conditions of the promotion.

We will announce the winners on our Prudential Cambodia Facebook/LinkedIn page for monthly Winners. Winners will be notified by Phone/Telegram to the winner’s registered mobile number, name, and policy number individually to inform them about the process to claim their prizes.
