• Go to Payment
• Go to Insurance
• Go to “Prudential Cambodia”
• Select the account to pay and input Policy or Application Number
• The amount to be paid will be populated
• Click “Pay Now”
• Verify PO Name in the confirmation screen
• Confirm

      - Sathapana Bank Account

      - Sathapana application on your device

You can pay your life insurance premium to Prudential Cambodia through Sathapana Mobile by following the steps below:

• STEP 1: Open Sathapana Mobile App
• STEP 2: Choose “Payments”
• STEP 3: Enter your “ Password”
• STEP 4: Choose “Insurance”
• STEP 5: Choose “Prudential Cambodia”
• STEP 6: Input Application/Policy Number
• STEP 7: Input the Payment Amount
• STEP 8: Select your account
• STEP 9: Press the “Next” button
• STEP 9: Please review the information again before pressing “CONFIRM”
• STEP 9: Enter your “Password” again to confirm the transaction

You may pay via other banks such as:

• Canadia Bank PLC
• Cambodian Public Bank PLC
• PPCBank
• JTrust Royal Bank
