Terms and Conditions

1.    The promotion is valid for new policy applications submitted from 01 to 31 August 2026.

2.    Eligibility:

• Applicable to both existing and new customers.
• Each eligible policy is entitled to one (1) prize only; however, customers may qualify for multiple prizes provided each new policy individually fulfils all campaign requirements.

3.    Applicable to all products (except digital products) with an Annual or Semi-Annual Payment Frequency only.

4.    To qualify for this promotion, all eligible policies must be successfully issued no later than 30 September 2026 (unless otherwise agreed by Prudential) and linked to the official Prudential Telegram chatbot.

5.    Customers can upgrade their reward tier by attaching a complete rider package. Eligible products for upgrade include:

• PRUHero: Bundled with CriticalCare+.

6.    All eligible policies must be in-force after 21-day free-look period, counting from the date of issuance.

7.    The Cash Back will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 70 days after the campaign end date and following the company payment process timeline.

• Policy owners are required to submit their bank account numbers.
• Prudential reserves the right to verify eligibility and may decline reward fulfilment if all the campaign requirements are not fully met.

8.    Prudential reserves the right to change, cancel, or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
