Terms and Conditions​

1. The promotion is valid for new policy applications submitted from 1 to 30 June 2026

2. Eligibility:

• Applicable to both existing and new customers.

• Each eligible policy is entitled to one (1) prize only; however, customers may qualify for multiple prizes provided each new policy individually fulfils all campaign requirements.

3. Applicable to all products (except digital products) with an Annual or Semi-Annual Payment Frequency only.

4. To qualify for this promotion, all eligible policies must be successfully issued and linked to the official Prudential Telegram chatbot no later than 31 July 2026, unless otherwise agreed by Prudential.

5. Customers can upgrade their reward tier by attaching a complete rider package. Eligible products for upgrade include:

• PRUអនាគតកូនខ្ញុំ: Bundled with Safety+, CriticalCare+, and Parent Coverage Benefit

• PRUHero: Bundled with CriticalCare+

6. The reward will be processed after the 21-day free-look period counting from the date of issuance.

• For physical items, the delivery of the reward shall follow the standard procurement process timeline.

  For Cash Back prizes will be credited to the customer’s bank account in accordance with Prudential’s internal procedures. Policy owners are required to submit their bank account number.

  Prizes stated above are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other items of equivalent value unless stated otherwise.

• Prudential reserves the right to verify eligibility and may decline reward fulfilment if all the campaign requirements are not met

7. Prudential reserves the right to change, cancel, or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
