2. Follow all the conditions set forth in the post related to the Prudential x SuperM We DO Virtual Concert & Fan Meet.
3. Only participants who completed all the terms & conditions will be eligible to join in the lucky draw for selecting winners.
4. Winners will be selected randomly, and the event access details will be sent directly to the winner’s messenger.

4.How to win Fan Meet ticket and Virtual concert ticket on Pulse by Prudential

1.Open or download Pulse from App Store/ Google Play Store

(1) Go to PRUShoppe tab in Pulse and purchase កញ្ចប់មាសផលិតផលធានារ៉ាប់រងមូសសុំចាញ់ (For Virtual Concert Ticket + Fan Meet Ticket)

*limited to first 90 កញ្ចប់មាសផលិតផលធានារ៉ាប់រងមូសសុំចាញ់ customers only, first come first served.

(2) Go to PRUShoppe tab in Pulse and purchase any កញ្ចប់ផលិតផលធានារ៉ាប់រងមូសសុំចាញ់ (For Virtual Concert Ticket)

2.Once purchase successfully, Pulse team will verify the purchase.

Once verified, the event access details will be sent via email to you. Please note that all tickets are illustration purpose only.

3.Customers need to purchase any កញ្ចប់ផលិតផលធានារ៉ាប់រងមូសសុំចាញ់ within campaign period (from 1st June – 20th June) to be eligible for this promotion.

4.Existing មូសសុំចាញ់ customers made purchase in May 2021 could request for ticket by sending message to Prudential Cambodia Facebook Page.

5.Reselling of ticket is not allowed.

6.Each customer can only redeem 1 ticket.

5.Live concerts are suitable for viewing on computers, mobile phones and tablets. Each exclusive pass is only available for the winner to watch on one device at the same time.

6.Messenger messages about concert login details are sent only once. Prudential will not responses message from your SMS phone or change any login detail.

7.If the mobile phone number/email provided by Pulse is incorrect, untrue, incomplete or invalid, you will be disqualified from participating in this activity.

8.Concerts are not hosted or provided by Prudential and Prudential is not responsible for any problems with the concert, including, but not limited to, delays, failure to perform concerts, screens or singing quality.
