Campaign Details and How to Participate

  2. Customer with 1 (One) linked policywill receive 1 (One) chance of winning. 
  3. Customer with 2 (Two) linked policies will receive 2 (Two) chances of winning. 
  4. At the end of each month, we will announce 11 prizes.  
  5. The winners will be chosen through a random live lucky draw.  
  6. The winners of each month are not eligible to join the next lucky draw.   
  7. Eligible to customer who join and link their policy with telegram bot during this campaign. 

Terms & Conditions

Connect & Win Big” is organized by Prudential Cambodia. The Campaign Period’ covers inclusively from 23 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 23:59 (Khmer time).   

 

Customer” is defined as an individual who purchased policy with Prudential Cambodia and remain valid/force. This term only complies with this Telegram bot T&C.      

 

Participants” is defined as customer who purchased the policy and linked their policy with Prudential Cambodia via the telegram bot. 

 

By participating in the campaign, you agree to all Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.   

 

Eligibility 

  • Note: All issued policies can be linked with the Prudential Cambodia Telegram Bot. However, only policies that meet the campaign criteria below will qualify for the lucky draw.  
  • The campaign is only applicable to linking policies of traditional products with annual or semiannual premium payment modes.  
  • Only new customers who join and link their policy during the campaign period are eligible to win prizes. 
  • Customers with more than one linked policy will receive additional chances in the lucky draw. 

Winner Announcement 

  • The winners will be announced on the Prudential Cambodia official’s Facebook and LinkedIn every last week of each month.  
  • At the time of winners’ announcement, winners must be valid users of Prudential Cambodia Telegram Bot and linked their Policies (subject to Prudential’s sole and final decision). Otherwise, the respective winners will be disqualified without further notice.  
  • Prudential Cambodia reserves the right to verify the identity of winners after the publication of the results.   
  • Winners (including name and policy number) will be selected based on the Live Lucky Draw Session.  
  • Results for the winners (winner’s full name and last 3 digits of mobile number) will be notified through their registered mobile number or email address.  

 

Prize Notification & Collection 

  • Prudential Cambodia will notify winners individually via email, SMS, or Telegram (to the mobile number/email used in Telegram policy linkage) regarding the prize collection process.  
  • Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other items of equivalent value, nor valid to use with or exchange for other promotions, discounts, vouchers, and other promotional rates unless stated otherwise.  
  • Prizes must be collected at the Prudential Cambodia Head Office or Counter or Branch within 1 month from the date of the winner announcement (“Collection Period”).  
  • If a winner does not collect within the collection period of the prize, the winner will be disqualified without further notice, and the prize will be considered forfeited.  

General Conditions 

  • Prudential Cambodia may at any time at its absolute discretion, without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof or being liable to any person, (1) suspend, cancel, or terminate this campaign, or (2) delete, vary, supplement, amend, modify any one or more of the terms and conditions of the promotion.     
  • Decisions made by Prudential Cambodia will be final and binding in this regard.   
  • Prudential Cambodia reserves the right to contact participants using email or phone number for further engagement activities.    
  • All the Prizes Brand Name is not a sponsor of the Connect & Win Big campaign nor is it involved in the contest in any manner.     
  • No personal details will be revealed by Prudential Cambodia to protect the privacy of participants without prior permission.

We will contact the winners to verify their details. The prize collection location (Prudential Cambodia Head Office or Counter or Branch) will be confirmed during the verification process.     

How will I know that I am the winner in this campaign?   

We will announce the monthly winners, including the Grand Prize winner, on Prudential Cambodia’s official Facebook and LinkedIn pages. Winners will also be notified individually via Phone/Telegram using their registered mobile number, name, and policy number regarding the process to claim their prizes.
