Policy Servicing

A life insurance policy is a long term solution that requires your timely payment of premiums to ensure it delivers its intended benefits to you and/or your family. Any non-payment of premiums may cause your policy becomes lapsed, and you may lose all benefits payable under it. Reinstatement is the best way to revive your policy. Buying a new policy to replace a lapsed policy is not encouraged and is not at your best interest because i) you will be reassessed for the risk, and you may, under your new policy, get lower benefits for the same premium or pay higher premium for the same benefits and ii) you may not be able to purchase the same product if it is no longer available. Submitting a Service Request

  • Obtain the required form from your Financial Consultant (FC) at ACLEDA Bank Branch, or Life Insurance Consultant (LIC) or visit our Prudential Cambodia Customer Service Center.
  • Make sure all the fields are completed and your signature is executed in the same manner as in the Application Form or Latest Signature Specimen Registration Form.
  • Attach relevant supporting documents (if any), e.g. the proof of identity and latest medical report. You can contact your Financial Consultant (FC) at ACLEDA Bank Branch or Life Insurance Consultant (LIC), on the relevant supporting documents needed for your application.
  • Submit the completed form and supporting documents to us via your Financial Consultant (FC) at ACLEDA Bank Branch, or Life Insurance Consultant (LIC) or at our Prudential Cambodia Customer Service Center.
  • Submit all necessary payments (if any). You may pay via:
    • Standing order at ACLEDA bank or other banks*
    • Bank transfer at ACLEDA bank or other banks*
    • Cash payment at ACLEDA bank bank, or other banks* or Prudential Cambodia Customer Service Center.
    • Or cheque payment at ACLEDA bank, or other banks* or Prudential Cambodia Customer Service Center.

Please make sure you quote your policy number and ask for payment receipt whenever a payment is made.

* Note: You may pay via other banks: Canadia Bank Plc, Cambodian Public Bank Plc and ANZ Royal Bank.
