Firstly, download the forms you need for the claim process in the Frequently Asked Questions below.
Secondly, fill out the forms and attach supporting documents.
Thirdly, scan your forms and submit the forms to us through pcla.claims@prudential.com.kh.
Your sale agent can help hand in your form and manage the process, so you don't have to follow up yourself
Step 1:
Send claim form and relevant documents to your sale agent and they will manage the claims for you

For all Claim Types: * The Company is responsible to assess the claim request within fifteen (15) working days starting from the date that the Company receives complete claim submission request and its all the necessary forms and documentary evidence. | |
After Company receives Claim Request or any other documents, we will response back within 3 working days for any incomplete.
The Claim Decision will be released within 15 working days, counting from the day we receive complete required documents and information.
The Claim Payment will be made successfully within 3 working days, counting from the day claimant acknowledges Claim Decision.
