Important Service Updates for Prudential Customers in Light of COVID-19 Lockdown

 

Prudential Cambodia would like to inform the public that, in light of the government’s measures to stop the spread of Covid-19, our Customer Service Center at VTRUST Tower will be temporarily closed from 19 April 2021 until further notice. However, we still continue our business through online operations to serve our customers during this unprecedented time.

 

Policy Servicing: you can request for change of information or reinstatement of your policy by downloading​​​ the application form from our company website https://www.prudential.com.kh/en/policy-servicing/ and submit them to our email via pcla.alteration@prudential.com.kh

Premium Payment: We offer various options to our customers for paying the premium with our bank partners. Please find the list of premium payment method in “Premium Collection” section of

Dear Customers, we would like to inform you that if your premium is no more than 60 days overdue and you are unable to pay your premiums due to the lock-down, then your policy will not lapse. If your premium is overdue for more than 60 days and unpaid due to the lock-down, your policy will not lapse but your benefits may be affected.
